I went out to sign my lease and get the keys for my new place. I met my new housemate too. He's really nice, likes his sport and seems like we'll get on well. I haven't come up with a nickname for him yet. We'll have to see how things pan out. But first impressions were good.There's a lounge, kitchen and study on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms and a bath upstairs. The only downside is having to go back to a single bed after sleeping in a double/queen for the last 8 years. The kitchen is larger than what I have now and the lounge is good size. Having a study will be good too so there's a bit of room to store stuff and work. I don't know what my internet access will be like after I leave here so I may be offline for a while until it gets sorted.
Having dinner with my neighbours again tonight. I'm going to miss them and the good curry place they go to every week!
