Bah! I have been so busy, I haven't had time for an update. I closed escrow on my house last week and took possession on 9/24. It's been a busy few weeks. The floors were refinished, we painted the kitchen and moved lots of my stuff into the garage. My sister's wedding was on Sunday and man, what a long weekend it was. Everything was beautiful and I only cried when I gave my toast at the reception (which my sister hated but everyone said was beautiful and funny).I'm beyond tired and when I get a chance, I will upload pics of the wedding and of the new house. I'm so sorry I haven't been updating. I just haven't had time!
School is ok. Not bad, not great, just ok. My kids are nice, with a few exceptions but compared to what I had in England, it's a cakewalk to teach here. The hardest part? Dealing with admin. The expectations for success are extremely challenging and the way we're supposed to teach is stifling and not fun. I'll write more later...
