I know I haven't been very good about posting lately. I haven't had a lot going on so there isn't much to report. I'm not feeling very witty or clever but alas, I'll muddle through.

I have a job interview on Saturday in Elk Grove which is good because it's NOT my hometown. I'd be perfectly happy to settle up in Sacramento as I have my sister there and a few good friends. Buying a house will cost me dearly but that's ok. I've never shied away from adventure.

I spent the day with my dog yesterday. I hoping I can convince my parents to let me bring him home permanently until I find a new place and get a job. I'm sick of driving an hour one way to go get him for the day. He's mellowed considerably since I left and even though he's big, he's gentle and calm. I'm afraid to even mention it though because I know the answer will be no.

See? Life is not that interesting! But it's home, it's comfortable and I'm sleeping like the dead. I can't complain. Hopefully my stuff will leave England this week and arrive here in the next 6-8 weeks. My forms never arrived (read: I think the removal company lost them) so I had to send them again via email. My faith in that company is waivering as they didn't have me scheduled for pick up when I'd booked it 2 weeks previously and now they are claiming not to have my forms that I mailed from London 2 weeks ago. I pray they don't lose my stuff.
