I need a haircut. More specifically, my roots need attention. It's been a ponytail day.

I have a headache again. Maybe I have a tumor.

Tonight's episode of ER has made me physically gag twice and wretch once. I think it's the whole scope down the throat thing. Or the blood. Or the activated charcoal. Or Ray Liotta.

I should probably eat dinner as it's almost 10pm.
